Daisy have three data centers that are operating in the UK, these are located at Reading,London and Manchester.

The data centre is situated within easy reach of the city centre in a decommissioned Bank of England building. This former bullion vault has been converted into a premium data centre.
It offers an extremely high level of physical security and resilience to keep hosted systems online. The data centre is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by experienced professional systems engineers, skilled in both networking and operating system technology.

Infrastructure you can rely on

Daisy’s network services are based on a fully redundant Cisco architecture. Customers are able to specify single or multiple redundant connections, which are then connected to the Daisy backbone network.
Our network is multi-homed, so has no single point of failure. The data centre is connected to multiple 10Gbps DWDM MPLS ring networks which enter Server Bank diversely and separately, connecting to two separate Daisy POPs in London and Southampton.
The fibre rings follow separate east and west routes around London and along the south coast of England, connecting London to the other Daisy data centres within the UK.

Highly secure, keeping your data safe
Server Bank is continuously monitored using more than seventy CCTV cameras operated by Daisy’s 24×7 data centre operations staff.
The subterranean vault is protected against flooding and has a 12 tonne bomb proof vault door which can be closed, hermetically sealing the vault in the event of a fire.
